Keep your car interior in top condition

To keep your car interior in top condition is really easy. You just need to take care of not only the external, but also the internal interior of the car properly and timely.

So, let's figure out what you need to do to keep your car in perfect condition.

Caring for the fabric car interior
Everyone knows that the fabric car interior upholstery absorbs liquids well, and also absorbs dust and various dirt. That is why fabric-covered seats should be regularly vacuumed and wiped with a slightly damp sponge and specially designed detergents. The main thing is to make sure before using chemistry that it does not leave streaks on the fabric and does not change its color.

Likewise, you should  care for tufted floor mats. Depending on the degree of pollution, the rugs can be tidied up in different ways.

For light soiling, the rugs can be cleaned with a cloth or napkins and a brush.

If mats are heavily soiled with viscous substances, they can be cleaned either with high pressure water or with a vacuum cleaner and a hard-bristled brush, after letting the rugs dry.

If the mats are contaminated with oil, gasoline or chemicals, we recommend cleaning the products with car shampoo. Please note that car shampoo should not contain wax. It is recommended to dry carpets after wet cleaning in an upright position for better water drainage. This is how they dry faster and do not lose their shape. Excess moisture, even after partial drying, is removed with a vacuum cleaner.

Leather and eco-leather interior care
It is a little easier with a leather and eco-leather interior, since it is much less prone to pollution. But there is a nuance leather can begin to crack. To avoid this, after cleaning the leather from impurities, it must be treated with a special conditioner, which can significantly increase its service life. Periodically, the seats should be wiped with a damp cloth.

Car headliner care
Car headliner does not get dirty as quickly as the seats, so it is usually washed only after the stains appear. In this case, the cleaning agent must be chosen, taking into account the characteristics of the material with which the headliner is covered/

Car glass care
Not everyone knows that glass must be washed not only from the outside, but also from the inside. It is important to use  rags, which absorb liquids well and do not leave streaks.

Caring for rubber mats
You need to know a few simple rules to make car mats’ exploitation last as long as possible:

do not use bleaches and other chlorine or alcohol-containing substances - this can damage the coating and spoil the color;
dry the rugs at a low temperature in a dryer or let them drain and dry on their own (too high a temperature can strongly deform the rug);

It is enough to wipe rubber mats after each use or rinse it with warm water and soap and dry it. By following these simple rules of caring for rubber mats, you will significantly extend their life.
